The supplier receives a direct channel of interaction with the buyer (through the retail company’s mobile application). Retailer – an additional volume of discounts that attracts customers to the retail network. Buyer - advantageous offers for a larger number of goods.

System works for the supplier

After signing the contract, the supplier is given access to his personal account. In your personal account, you can create the necessary audience using analytical parameters:

  • stores that customers visit

  • average bill

  • favorite brands

  • frequency of shopping in stores

  • consumer characteristics (love cats, dogs, meat products, etc.)

  • and other parameters

After selecting an audience, you need to go to campaign creation mode. In the campaign, you can select a list of products for which a discount will be provided, the promotion period, and the amount of the discount. Before confirming the advertising campaign, a preliminary calculation of the budget for discounts will be made.

To launch the promotion, you need to top up your balance in your personal account and launch the campaign. After that, our algorithms are launched, which offer customers special prices in the retailer’s mobile application with a special label “discount from supplier.”

System work for a retailer

The operation of the system for retail differs from that described above only in the way of replenishing the balance for promotions.

Since the retailer is the holder of this process, the responsible persons are indicated when concluding the contract. Responsible persons have access to replenish a virtual account from which funds are debited. This functionality is designed for ease of accounting and control of promotion costs.

Loyalty system "Compliment"

A unique loyalty system developed on the principles of “buyer-retailer” partnership. The difference between the loyalty system and many analogues is that the buyer can receive points and exchange them for a discount on almost any product (with the exception of the MRP and deep promo).

Buyers use the system very actively ( about 40% of mobile application users).

How it works:

The buyer makes purchases in a retail chain. For every 1000 rubles of purchases, 1 “compliment” is given. You can earn no more than 3 compliments in 1 week.

Before the weekend, points for the previous week are awarded. The buyer selects the products on which he wants to apply a discount.

When choosing products, compliments are written off, and the discount is valid for a week on a limited number of products.

Important Features

1. The limit on the number of goods, as a rule, depends on the cost of the goods. For example, you can buy 10 bottles of milk a week, but only one bottle of expensive whiskey.

2. The maximum amount of discounts can be adjusted in two ways:

  • Manually – a minimum price or a maximum discount percentage is set for each product or group of products.

  • Artificial intelligence - AI, based on knowledge of cost, independently ensures that the product is never sold below cost, and also tries to sell the product at a higher price (see detailed examples below).

The logic of AI is quite complex, but the main points can be described with examples.

Example 1: Price Sensitivity Game

Not all people need big discounts to motivate them to visit a store. For some, a 12-15% discount is enough. The algorithm will be less likely to offer such people a large discount, saving the marketing budget.

Example 2: Cherry Pickers

Some people only buy products with deep discounts. In this case, the algorithm will track the client’s revenue, average margin and other indicators. If the client is not loyal to the network, he will not receive large discounts.

Example 3: Growing Client

Quite a lot of people today shop in several stores. Using online analysis of customers with a similar audience, the system identifies which products from the basic basket the buyer is most likely to buy in another store. Larger discounts are given on such products to increase the share of customer purchases in the store.
